By interacting with Modulus, including invoking any commands or features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Modulus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Eligibility

You must: Be at least 13 years old to use Modulus, in accordance with Roblox and Discord policies. Comply with all Discord and Roblox rules while using Modulus. Not use the bot in a way that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3. Description of Services

Modulus provides the following commands:

Modulus relies on publicly accessible Roblox APIs and Discords platform for its functionality. We do not store or process sensitive account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to: Use Modulus for lawful, ethical, and non-harmful purposes. Not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with Modulus, Discord, or Roblox services. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive data through bot commands.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: Attempting to access Roblox or Discord accounts without permission. Using the bot to harass, spam, or impersonate others. Collecting data in violation of Roblox or Discord privacy rules.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Modulus may temporarily process data necessary to fulfill commands (e.g., usernames, group IDs, item IDs). Modulus does not store user credentials, passwords, or private tokens. By using Modulus, you consent to the processing of data required to provide bot functionality, in accordance with Roblox;s and Discords Privacy Policies.

5.1 Data Usage

Data processed by Modulus is used solely to provide and improve bot functionality. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytical purposes where permitted by Discord and Roblox policies.

5.2 Data Sharing

Modulus does not sell, share, or disclose any user data. The bot does not collect or permanently store any information; all data is processed temporarily and discarded immediately after fulfilling a command.

5.3 Data Storage and Security

Data is processed securely using industry-standard measures. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the data.

6. Intellectual Property

Modulus, its code, and associated materials are the intellectual property of the developer. All Roblox content accessed through the bot remains the property of Roblox and its users. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of Modulus without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Modulus is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for errors, downtime, or inaccuracies in data retrieved via Roblox APIs. In no event shall the developer be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including indirect or consequential damages, except in cases where the developer or members of the development team act with deliberate malicious intent.

8. Disclaimers

Modulus does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or reliability of Roblox data. Any Roblox transactions, trades, or decisions based on Modulus outputs are the sole responsibility of the user. Use the bot at your own risk.

9. Termination

Modulus reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or applicable laws. The bot or specific features may be permanently removed at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
